White Screen when Launching an Online Exam
After clicking Start Exam, the exam engine hangs at a white screen. Typically this situation freezes the computer and you must reboot the computer.
- Restart the computer and get back to the Windows desktop.
- Check the installed version of Adobe Flash Player. Download and install the latest version of the Active X and Plugin if it is missing.
- Verify that *.certiport.com is listed correctly in the trusted sites of Internet Explorer.
- Verify that all components of Browser Lockdown (Certiport Browser Lockdown 3, Certiport Embedded Browser, Certiport Exam Service) are installed.
