ProcedureShould you see this, click "OK" then close any open programs/applications, (if necessary, reboot the PC) and return to the desktop. Open Task Manager and close any "Processes"* that the Exam System might identify as an Office application**. For example:

|SfdcMsOl.exe (or SfdcMsOl.exe *32)||Salesforce for Outlook|

*You may need to "Show processes for all users".
**Some Processes like the Office "clicktorun" or the "Microsoft Office Software Protection Platform Service" do not cause this issue so can be left untouched.
