Autodesk Europe Programme Update

Notice from Knowledge Point Connect Team to Autodesk Learning Partner

As we approach the end of 2018, we wanted to update you with news that, effective 1st January 2019, Knowledge Point Connect will no longer supply Autodesk certification to the Autodesk Learning Partner community across Europe. Prodigy Learning will step into this role and will provide sales and technical support for both the Autodesk Certified User (ACU) and Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) certification programmes and associated practice tests delivered worldwide by Autodesk’s exclusive certification partner, Certiport, a Pearson VUE Business.  Knowledge Point Connect remains committed to the value of Autodesk certification and encourage all ALPs to continue working with Prodigy Learning to offer Autodesk certification.

Certification is an increasingly important strategic goal for Autodesk and Prodigy Learning is well positioned to deliver this line of business within Europe. As Certiport’s largest and most successful partner within Europe and offer 18 years of experience in the certification industry.  Prodigy Learning will begin managing all sales, enquiries and technical support to ensure all ALP’s receive the highest level of service and support by transacting directly with an experienced Certiport partner.

Knowledge Point will continue to supply Autodesk Certification and offer support for the programmes through the 31st December 2018.   There will be no change to the process for ordering / supporting ACU / ACP certifications prior to this date.  Please note that all Certiport ACU / ACP exam vouchers purchased before 31st December 2018 will remain valid to their listed expiry date and will not be affected by this transition.

Sales / Support after 1st January 2019

All ACU and ACP enquiries, sales and technical support will be managed in Europe by Certiport partner Prodigy Learning.
