Ensure that the question does not require you to open/create your own file in order to complete the question.
- Launch a GMetrix Module
- When you see one of the affected questions, open "Windows Explorer"
- navigate to your "Documents" (a.k.a "My Documents") folder
- delete the "GMetrixTemplates" folder
- return to the GMetrix Module and click on the "Reset" button
If the template does not appear, take a screenshot of both the Question and the contents of the "GMetrixTemplates" folder then send them to email@example.com
