How To: Accept the Exam Pack Agreement

If you have purchased an Exam Pack, you must first accept the Agreement/s before you are able to use it to run Exams. To do this, please:
 

  1. Log onto the Dashboard at www.certiport.com (as described in the “Certiport Test Centre Guide”) as an Organisation Administrator using your “Username” and “Password
  2. Click on the “Licenses” link under the “MyCertiport” tab


        
 

  1. Click “Accept”. (If you are renewing this Agreement, click "Renew")


        
 

  1. Read the License Agreement and ensure you understand and accept the Terms and Conditions
  2. Enter your name in the box supplied, then click “Accept
  3. Your Site License Status should now show as “Active

In May 2025, Certiport released a new Test Centre Agreement that negates the need for individual license agreements. From this date, you can activate your License by logging in to the Certiport Portal as an Organisation Administrator, and then read and "Accept" (new Testing Centres) or, "Review and Accept" (existing Test Centres) the latest Test Centre Agreement:
