Download/ Print Certificates as an Organisation Administrator

  1. Navigate to and login using your Org Admin username and password
  2. Hover your cursor over the “Reports” tab
  3. Click on the “Print Certificates” link in the drop down menu
  4. Select the Program and Date Range as required then click “Search”
  5. A list of Certificates will be displayed and you can either “Select All” or specify certain ones by placing a tick in the corresponding box.
  6. When you have selected the Certificates that you need, click “Print Certificates” and your selected Certificates will be displayed in an Adobe PDF window.
  7. From here, you can Print or Save the Certificates.
For printing, we recommend using a high quality colour printer (laser / inkjet) on card of between 160 and 280 gsm.
