Download/ Print Certificates as a Test Candidate

Procedure:

1. Navigate to www.certiport.com and login using your username and password
2. Click on “My Transcript”
3. Click on the PDF link and you be shown the Certificate.
4. You are now free to Print or Save this as you wish.

 
For printing at home, we recommend using a high quality colour printer (laser / inkjet) on card of between 160 and 280 gsm. 

To purchase a copy of a Certificate : 
 

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above
2. Navigate to the required Certification
3. Click on the “Order Official Certificate” and follow the Onscreen Instructions.

Note: Certiport does not print/ship physical copies of the Microsoft 365 apps certifications. The Microsoft 365 app certifications only include a digital certificate. Candidates will not receive a physical certificate and will not see an option in their transcript to "order official certificate" for these certifications.
