How long will my order with Prodigy Learning take to be processed?

For physical courseware which need to be shipped (e.g. Books, Learning Kits) the normal delivery timescale is 5 Business days.  For electronic courseware delivered via e-mail (e.g. Exam Vouchers, Practice Exam Software), allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
